The GCBH looks at evidence-based scientific research on brain health to determine what lifestyle changes and activities may positively impact brain health, vs. those that do not – or are not as yet proven to have impact. Specifically, it will look at each of the 5 pillars of brain health promoted by Staying Sharp: Move, Discover, Relax, Nourish and Connect, to advise on what actionable steps may be taken in each pillar to help promote positive impact on brain health. Staying Sharp’s content and activities are aligned with, and will evolve with, the latest findings.
